  • 4 pumps Sweetbird Banana syrup
  • Milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

Half fill glass with ice, add syrup and top up with milk. Pour into blender and blend with one scoop of ice cream. Banana heaven.

Almond Chai Mocha

  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird Chai Syrup
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Almond syrup
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
  • Steamed milk

Combine syrups and sauce, top with the milk and with cinnamon and chocolate sprinkles.

Almond Mocha

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 2 pumps Sweetbird Almond syrup
  • 2 pumps Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
  • Steamed milk

Combine the espresso, syrups and sauce. Top with milk and whipped cream and dust with powdered almonds.

Boozy Banoffee Pie

  • Ice
  • 2 shots white rum
  • 1 shot vodka
  • Half fill with Sweetbird Banana smoothie
  • 1 pump Sweetbird English Toffee syrup
  • 1 pump Sweetbird gingerbread syrup

Fill glass with ice, add all the rest, and blend until smooth.

Double Choc Mocha

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 2 pumps Sweetbird Chocolate Sauce
  • 2 pumps Sweetbird White Chocolate Sauce
  • Steamed milk

Combine the chocolate syrups and espresso in cup, top with steamed milk, and drizzle with both chocolate sauces.

Blueberry Bling Granita

  • Crushed ice
  • 4 pumps of Sweetbird Blueberry syrup

Fill glass with crushed ice, add syrup and top with cold water.

Butter Pecan Latte

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Butterscotch syrup
  • 1/2 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup
  • 1/2 pump of Sweetbird Almond syrup
  • Steamed milk.

Combine espresso and syrup. Top with steamed milk. Inhale!

Café Crème Brulee

  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 pump Sweetbird White Chocolate syrup
  • 1 pump Sweetbird Caramel syrup
  • Steamed milk
  • Cream
  • Crunchy bar

Combine the espresso and syrups in a cup, top up with the milk, stir and top with whipped cream and crumbled Crunchy bar. That is beyond a drink.

Caramel Latte

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 2 pumps Sweetbird Caramel syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine the espresso and syrup, top with steamed milk and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Caramel Macchiato

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 2 pumps Sweetbird Caramel syrup
  • Steamed milk
  • Sweetbird Caramel sauce for drizzling

Pour caramel syrup and steamed milk into a latte glass then add a double espresso and top with thick layer of foam - then drizzle with caramel sauce... pretty!

  • Shot of espresso

  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird Amaretto syrup

Chocolate Caramel Bliss

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird Dark Chocolate sauce
  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird caramel Syrup
  • 8 oz steamed milk
  • Whipped cream

Combine the sauce, syrup and espresso in a cup, top up with the milk, stir, top with whipped cream and drizzle a little syrup over the cream. Oh my.

Chocolate Mint Milk Shake

  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
  • 2 shots Sweetbird Chocolate Mint syrup
  • Milk

Half fill glass with ice, add sauce and syrups and top up with milk. Blend.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Latte

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 tsp of smooth peanut butter
  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird Chocolate syrup
  • Milk

Combine the espresso, peanut butter and syrup. Top with steamed milk.

Cinnamon ‘n’ Honey Latte

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine the espresso, honey and syrup. Top with milk.

Coconut Haystack Steamer

  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Caramel sauce
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Coconut syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine all ingredients and dust with toasted coconut.

Cranberry Soda

  • 4 pumps of Sweetbird Cranberry syrup

Three-quarters fill with ice. Add syrup, top with soda water and stir.

Dark & White Chocolate Au Lait

  • 3-5 pumps of Sweetbird Dark Chocolate sauce and White Chocolate syrup (depending upon taste and size of glass)
  • Steamed milk

Add 3 to 5 pumps of Sweetbird Dark or White Chocolate Syrup to steamed milk and stir well. Now that's a hot chocolate.

Double Irish Cream Espresso

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Irish Cream syrup

Add the syrup to the double shot of espresso. Serve in a glass so it looks like a miniature Guinness.

Easter Chick Surprise

  • 1 pump Sweetbird chocolate sauce
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Caramel sauce
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird banana syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine sauce and syrup. Add the milk, top with whipped cream and then drizzle with chocolate sauce on the outside and caramel sauce in the middle of the cream - like an egg yolk!

Electro-Choc

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Irish Cream syrup
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine espresso and syrup. Top with milk and dust with chocolate powder and shaved hazelnut.

Flavoured Americano

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird syrup - you choose
  • 6oz boiling water
  • Cream

Combine espresso and syrup in a cup, add boiling water and for an indulgent treat, float a layer of thick cream over the back of a spoon.

Flavoured Cappuccino

  • Good strong double shot of espresso
  • 2 pump of Sweetbird syrup of choice

Top with a good thick milk froth and a sprinkling of cocoa powder.

  • 30ml grapefruit juice

Three-quarter fill glass with ice, add the shot and the grapefruit juice. Top with smoothie, and blend until nice and smooth.

Mango Margarita

  • Ice
  • 60ml Gold Tequila
  • 20 ml Cointreau
  • 15ml Sweetbird Lime syrup
  • Sweetbird Mango smoothie

Fill glass with ice, add everything else, blend until super smooth. Top with smoothie.

Minty Mocha

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Mint syrup
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Chocolate syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine espresso and sauces in a cup, top with the milk.

Mutineers Milkshake

  • Half fill glass with ice.
  • 2 pumps Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird Coconut syrup
  • Milk

Half fill glass with ice, add syrup, top with milk and blend. Feel free to add more ice or ice cream if you want it good and thick.

Neapolitan

  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
  • 1 pump Sweetbird Strawberry syrup
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Vanilla syrup
  • 350ml steamed milk

Combine Chocolate syrup in bottom of cup, fill one-third with steamed milk and stir. In a separate pitcher combine strawberry and vanilla syrup with one-third milk and steam, then pour this milk syrup mix in on top of chocolate mix. Now top with thick layer of dense foam. The drink should look layered - just like the ice cream!

Orange and Cinnamon Spice Milkshake

  • 1 pump Sweetbird Orange Syrup
  • 1 pump Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup
  • Milk

Half fill glass with ice, add syrup, top with milk and blend. If you want a really really thick shake, add more ice or ice cream.

Parisian

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup

Combine espresso and syrup, top with whipped cream and shaved hazelnut.

Passionfruit Lady Killer

  • 1 shot gin
  • 1 shot cointreau or brandy
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Pineapple syrup
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Passion fruit syrup

Shake over ice.

Peach Schnapps Soda

  • 2 pumps Sweetbird Peach syrup
  • 1 pump Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
  • Soda

Fill glass with ice, add the syrup and top with soda.

Peachtree Ice Tea

  • 3 pumps Sweetbird Peach tea syrup

Strawberry Margarita

  • 2 shots Gold Tequila
  • 1 shot Cointreau

  • 60mls of Sweetbird Strawberrry Smoothie
  • Ice

Three-quarter fill glass with ice, add the Cointreau, tequila and syrup. Top with Sweetbird Strawberry smoothie and blend until nice and smooth. Garnish with fresh strawberry and lime wedge.

Strawberry Milkshake

  • Ice
  • 4 pumps of Strawberry syrup
  • Milk

Three-quarter fill glass with ice, add syrup, top with cold milk and blend it up. Classic.

Sweetbird Cool Caramel

  • 2 pump of Sweetbird Caramel Sauce
  • Cold milk
  • Ice

Combine sauce, milk and ice and blend. Serve in a tall glass with caramel and chocolate sauce drizzled on top.

Sweetbird Dark & White Chocolate Milk

  • 3-5 pumps of Sweetbird Dark Chocolate sauce or White chocolate syrup (depending on taste and size of glass)
  • Cold milk

Add syrup to cold milk and stir well.

Sweetbird Iced Cafe Mochas

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Dark Chocolate or White Chocolate Sauce

Tropical Soda

  • 2 pumps pineapple syrup
  • 2 pumps passion fruit syrup

Three-quarters fill glass with ice. Add syrups, top with soda water and stir.

Venetian Coffee

  • 1 double shot of espresso
  • 2 pump of Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
  • Cream

Whip cream with 1 pump of syrup. Combine espresso and remaining pump of syrup in a cup and top with flavoured cream and garnish with a cherry. Pretty.

Warm Cinnamon Delight

  • 1 1/2 pumps of Sweetbird Chai syrup
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Cinnamon syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine syrups, top with milk and top with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkles

White Chocolate Cherry Iced Mocha

  • 1/2 fill glass with ice
  • Double shot of espresso
  • 2 pumps of Sweetbird White Chocolate syrup
  • 1 pumps of Sweetbird Cherry syrup
  • Milk

Combine the espresso and syrups over the ice, and top with the milk.

Italian soda

Glass full of ice, Sweetbird fruit syrups to taste and top with sparkling water.

Smoothies

  • 100 mls of Smoothie mix (you chose the flavour)
  • 50 mls of water
  • 12 ounce cup full of ice

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth, pour into a cup and garnish with a domed lid and straw.

Helpful Hint: For different size cups measure all ingredients in the cup, keeping the ratio of smoothie mix to water the same for perfect portion control!
