Almond Mocha
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps Sweetbird Almond syrup
- 2 pumps Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
- Steamed milk
Combine the espresso, syrups and sauce. Top with milk and whipped cream and dust with powdered almonds.
Venetian Coffee
- 1 double shot of espresso
- 2 pump of Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
- Cream
Whip cream with 1 pump of syrup. Combine espresso and remaining pump of syrup in a cup and top with flavoured cream and garnish with a cherry. Pretty.
Hazelnut and Caramel Latte
- Double Shot of Espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Caramel Sauce
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut Syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine the sauce, syrup and espresso in a cup, top with the milk and crumbled chopped nuts.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Latte
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 tsp of smooth peanut butter
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Chocolate syrup
- Milk
Combine the espresso, peanut butter and syrup. Top with steamed milk.
Cinnamon ‘n’ Honey Latte
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine the espresso, honey and syrup. Top with milk.
Gingerbread Latte
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Gingerbread syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine the espresso and syrups, top with the milk and dust with crushed gingerbread biscuit
Secret Squirrel Latte
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine the espresso and Amaretto syrup. Steam the milk with the Hazelnut syrup and add to the espresso.
Double Irish Cream Espresso
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Irish Cream syrup
Add the syrup to the double shot of espresso. Serve in a glass so it looks like a miniature Guinness.
Minty Mocha
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Mint syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Chocolate syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine espresso and sauces in a cup, top with the milk.
Orange and Cinnamon Spice Milkshake
- 1 pump Sweetbird Orange Syrup
- 1 pump Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup
- Milk
Half fill glass with ice, add syrup, top with milk and blend. If you want a really really thick shake, add more ice or ice cream.
Peach Schnapps Soda
- 2 pumps Sweetbird Peach syrup
- 1 pump Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
- Soda
Fill glass with ice, add the syrup and top with soda.
Neapolitan
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
- 1 pump Sweetbird Strawberry syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Vanilla syrup
- 350ml steamed milk
Combine Chocolate syrup in bottom of cup, fill one-third with steamed milk and stir. In a separate pitcher combine strawberry and vanilla syrup with one-third milk and steam, then pour this milk syrup mix in on top of chocolate mix. Now top with thick layer of dense foam. The drink should look layered - just like the ice cream!
Butter Pecan Latte
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Butterscotch syrup
- 1/2 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup
- 1/2 pump of Sweetbird Almond syrup
- Steamed milk.
Combine espresso and syrup. Top with steamed milk. Inhale!
Coconut Haystack Steamer
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Caramel sauce
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Coconut syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine all ingredients and dust with toasted coconut.
French Vanilla Nut Cappuccino
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird French Vanilla syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup
- Cappuccino milk
Combine espresso, and syrup. Top with milk and dust with brown sugar. Now that's a cappuccino!
Toasted Marshmallow Hot Choc
- 2 pumps of Sweet bird Chocolate sauce
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Toasted Marshmallow syrup
- Steamed milk.
Combine sauce and syrup, top with milk. In a word? rich.
Toffee Latte
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps Sweetbird English Toffee syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine espresso and syrup, top with milk.

Combine the sauce, syrup and espresso in a cup, top up with the milk, stir, top with whipped cream and drizzle a little syrup over the cream. Oh my.

- Steamed milk

- Double shot of espresso

- 6oz boiling water
- Cream
Combine espresso and syrup in a cup, add boiling water and for an indulgent treat, float a layer of thick cream over the back of a spoon.

- 1 pump of Sweetbird White Chocolate sauce
- Steamed milk
- Marshmallows
Combine sauce and milk, top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
Caramel Truffle Latte
- Shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Caramel sauce
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
- Steamed milk

Top with boiling water.

Raspberry Chai Iced Mocha
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Chai syrup
- 1 pump of Raspberry syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
Combine syrup and sauce, top with milk and stir.
Warm Cinnamon Delight
- 1 1/2 pumps of Sweetbird Chai syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Cinnamon syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine syrups, top with milk and top with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkles
Dark & White Chocolate Au Lait
- 3-5 pumps of Sweetbird Dark Chocolate sauce and White Chocolate syrup (depending upon taste and size of glass)
- Steamed milk
Add 3 to 5 pumps of Sweetbird Dark or White Chocolate Syrup to steamed milk and stir well. Now that's a hot chocolate.
Double Choc Mocha
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps Sweetbird Chocolate Sauce

Combine the chocolate syrups and espresso in cup, top with steamed milk, and drizzle with both chocolate sauces.
Café Crème Brulee
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 pump Sweetbird White Chocolate syrup
- 1 pump Sweetbird Caramel syrup
- Steamed milk
- Cream
- Crunchy bar
Combine the espresso and syrups in a cup, top up with the milk, stir and top with whipped cream and crumbled Crunchy bar. That is beyond a drink.
Caramel Macchiato
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps Sweetbird Caramel syrup
- Steamed milk
- Sweetbird Caramel sauce for drizzling
Pour caramel syrup and steamed milk into a latte glass then add a double espresso and top with thick layer of foam - then drizzle with caramel sauce... pretty!
Easter Chick Surprise
- 1 pump Sweetbird chocolate sauce
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Caramel sauce
- 1 pump of Sweetbird banana syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine sauce and syrup. Add the milk, top with whipped cream and then drizzle with chocolate sauce on the outside and caramel sauce in the middle of the cream - like an egg yolk!
Flavoured Espresso
- Good strong double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird syrup of choice
Especially good topped with a little whipped cream
Flavoured Cappuccino
- Good strong double shot of espresso
- 2 pump of Sweetbird syrup of choice
Top with a good thick milk froth and a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
