The seasonal specials
Customers are funny things who need to be pampered and looked after, but we know you're busy people. So we're giving you three months' worth of specials, meaning you have plenty of time to get all your yummy ingredients in. They're updated monthly so you'll always be one step ahead (not ahead of the Sweetbird of course, he's too quick even for us).

August – Mutineers Milkshake
Unlike the Sweetbird, your customers can’t just fly off somewhere tropical just because it’s summer. Instead, you can give them a little fleeting taste of the tropics via a Mutineers Milkshake. A classic combination of chocolate and coconut flavours.
- Half fill glass with ice.
- 2 pumps Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Coconut syrup
- Milk
Half fill glass with ice, add syrup, top with milk and blend. Feel free to add more ice or ice cream if you want it good and thick.
September – Secret Squirrel Latte
Run Tufty run! Nutty nuttiness is what this drink is all about. Show me the way to Amaretto, hazelnuts and coffee… The secret to success is in the barista’s paws.
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine the espresso and Amaretto syrup. Steam the milk with the Hazelnut syrup and add to the espresso.
October – Pumpkin Spiced Latte
There’s only one answer for your customers this Halloween, it’ll be a treat please. This recipe doesn’t call for any toads, newts or bats, but it’s an original brew of flavours (cauldron optional).
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump Sweetbird Chai syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Vanilla syrup
- 0.5 pump of Sweetbird Gingerbread syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine syrups, top with milk and cinnamon and vanilla sprinkles. How about that?
