The seasonal specials

Customers are funny things who need to be pampered and looked after, but we know you're busy people. So we're giving you three months' worth of specials, meaning you have plenty of time to get all your yummy ingredients in. They're updated monthly so you'll always be one step ahead (not ahead of the Sweetbird of course, he's too quick even for us).

March – Double Irish Cream Espresso

St Patrick’s Day… too much Guinness... and was it really a good idea to hit the Irish whiskey at 3am? Give your customers the shot they’ll be needing with a hot strong double espresso plus a judicious dose of Irish Cream syrup for a real Irish kick.

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Irish Cream syrup

Add the syrup to the double shot of espresso. Serve in a glass so it looks like a miniature Guinness.

April – Easter Chick Surprise

If your customers have their own little monkeys with them, give them an eggtra special something this Easter.

  • 1 pump Sweetbird chocolate sauce
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird Caramel sauce
  • 1 pump of Sweetbird banana syrup
  • Steamed milk

Combine sauce and syrup. Add the milk, top with whipped cream and then drizzle with chocolate sauce on the outside and caramel sauce in the middle of the cream - like an egg yolk!

May – Iced Lemon Tea

The days are stretching out, there’s the smell of cut grass lingering in the air, and it’s time offer your customers something splendidly refreshing. Try a Lemon Iced Tea. And as you only need a couple of shots of Sweetbird syrup to make the drink, it’ll make a refreshing change to your profits!

  • 3 pumps Sweetbird Iced tea syrup
  • 1 pumps Sweetbird Lemon syrup

Combine syrups, pour over ice and top with water. That's tangy.
